She has an expertise that comes from over 10 years experience including 5 years as a member of the environmental group at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt with a secondment to Imperial Oil.

Shari has been a board member at Royal Victoria Hospital since 2009 and is currently the Chair of the Performance and Quality Committee. Shari Elliott advises individuals on matters pertaining to environmental audits and site assessments, regulatory inspections and investigations, environmental management systems and environmental civil liability. Shari also specializes in providing advice to all departments within municipalities as well as members of council on a wide range of topics.

Ian Elliott was raised in Bruce County and attended Ripley District Public and High School. Ian obtained his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, graduating in 2003. Ian articled at Hydro One. Ian is looking forward to assisting the firms' clients with their real estate needs.

Heather Edwards joined the Elliott & Elliott team as senior legal assistant in March 2013. Heather has over 25 years of experience working at law firms in the Barrie area. Heather aims to ensure that our clients receive the best possible assistance with all aspects of the real estate transaction.
Kristy Buckle relocated to Barrie in 2009 to pursue her career in the legal field. Kristy graduated from Georgian College in 2012 with an Honours diploma in Legal Office Administration. With two years of experience in real estate, she looks forward to assisting clients with the completion of any and all real estate needs.
Kailey Dalgety graduated with Honours in 2012 from the Law Clerk program at Georgian College in Barrie. Kailey looks forward to pursuing her legal career at Elliott & Elliott, and assisting the firm with any and all of its real estate needs.
Hayley Valleau graduated with Honours from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2012, obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies. Hayley is pursuing a future career as a lawyer and will be attending law school in 2013.
Victoria Sipidias volunteering while completing her studies to obtain a paralegal licence. Victoria received her Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in 2012. Victoria is also an active board member on the MS Society of Canada Simcoe County Chapter Board of Directors.
